Overview of KS hot mineral sieve products:
KS hot mineral sieve is mainly used for temperatures up to 600. -800. The classification of medium and small-sized sintered ores is often used in conjunction with metallurgical sintering machines. It adopts a secondary vibration reduction system, which reduces the dynamic load on the base and has the characteristics of sturdy structure, smooth operation, low noise, and high efficiency.
Working principle of KS hot mineral sieve:
The KS hot mineral screen adopts a dual axis shaker with eccentric blocks. The eccentric blocks on the two shafts of the dual axis shaker are driven by two motors to rotate in reverse self synchronization, causing the screen box to produce linear vibration. If the vibrator is arranged with a center of gravity offset, it can also generate elliptical trajectory vibration. The motor is installed on a fixed bracket on the side of the screen box, so the motor does not participate in vibration, allowing the screen body to make periodic reciprocating motion in a straight line direction, thereby achieving the purpose of screening. This series of hot mineral sieves consists of a sieve box, exciter, vibration reduction system, transmission device, base, etc. The crossbeam and side plate of the screen box are made of heat-resistant or stainless steel plates, and are riveted with ring groove rivets. The screen plate is made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials, which have the characteristics of good heat resistance and long service life.

To reduce the impact of materials on the sieve plate, the feeding drop at the receiving end of the sieve box should not exceed 500mm, and the feeding direction should be consistent with the direction of material movement on the sieve surface.
2. An insulation device (insulation water tank or insulation board) must be installed between the vibrator and the screen surface to reduce the impact of thermal radiation from sintered ore on the vibrator and ensure that the vibrator operates at the allowable temperature.
3. The material temperature is 500-1000 degrees Celsius, but the allowable temperature for the sieve frame is 300-500 degrees Celsius. Therefore, exhaust or ventilation cooling must be carried out on the screening surface, return funnel, and inner wall of the crossbeam.
4. The funnel, exhaust hood, and insulation device shall not be fixed on the sieve body, and the gap between them and the vibrating part of the sieve body shall not be less than 50mm.

The side plate and crossbeam of the KS series hot mineral screen are made of high-quality heat-resistant stainless steel. The connection between the main load-bearing plate and the transverse plate is made of ring groove rivets, and the connection between the side plate and the crossbeam is secure and reliable.
During the operation of the hot mineral screen, the screen plate comes into direct contact with high-temperature materials and requires good wear resistance and heat resistance. Therefore, heat-resistant alloy cast steel is used.
3. During operation, the sieve plate will expand due to heat. The sieve plate fixing device adopts oblique wedge fastening and is equipped with a thermal compensation mechanism, which can ensure that the sieve plate is firmly fixed under the working temperature state, and the sieve plate is also easy to disassemble and assemble.

Principle of main components of KS hot mineral screen:

2. Universal couplings are used to connect the electric motor and the biaxial vibrator, as well as between the two biaxial vibrators. The universal couplings have both angle and length compensation functions, which can meet the relative displacement requirements of the electric motor and the vibrating screen during the operation of the screening machine.
3. The KS series hot mineral screen is equipped with a secondary vibration isolation system, which has a small dynamic load on the foundation and is used in situations where there are requirements for partition vibration reduction and installation height is allowed.
4. The side plates and crossbeams of the hot mineral screening box are made of high-quality heat-resistant stainless steel (or high-quality heat-resistant steel). The connection between the main plate and the side plates, as well as the connection between the side plates and the crossbeam, is made by riveting with ring groove rivets, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.
